Old Magazine, But Good Shit

The Vogue Paris Collections magazine is the epitome of print excitement for me. It covers New York, Paris, London, and Milan with perfect photography and comprehensive summaries. I like to go through with post flags and mark up my favorite collection from the season, below are the collections that received the most flags.

Trying Something New

Lately I have been having a big problem with dry skin, accompanied by a growing obsession with Emily Weiss' blog Into The Gloss. These things together have inspired two trips to Sephora in one day. Pictured above is a shot of all the new products I purchased which I will be reviewing in the coming weeks after I have had an opportunity to properly try them out.
I was instructed by one of Sephora's "makeup artists" that this foundation would be good for my dry skin. I have only worn it once, so I haven't really gotten a full impression of it, but so far what I have noticed is that it is a little tan for invisible skin.
I have only used NARS face powders and bronzers before so I am very excited to try one of their eyeshadow duos. I chose the color pallet Kahalari because I wanted a dark rose/purple color to achieve a "bruised eye" look. I don't want to look like I lost a fight, but who doesn't like a good bruisy color???
This product was on high recommendation from everyone at Sephora. If it is as good as they say then my dry skin should be gone by the morning time. I am not familiar with this company, so who knows. But, I hope it works or else my face skin will be gone in a week, and that's not an exaggeration.
Being a fan of evian water, I figured they must make a good revitalizing face spray. This was more of a whimsey buy, but I have already used this in the few hours I've owned it and im obsessed. In fact, my face is thirty right now......
Soap and Glory has a pretty good reputation around the internet, so i figured I might as well give it a try. (fuck peer pressure)

I will be doing a followup report in a week or so about how all these products have worked out, along with a face skin update, because I know you all care.

I am also without my good camera for a few days, so don't mind the crap pictures.

All product above can be purchased at Sephora.
